Do you offer group fitness?
Yes. We offer group fitness through Third Monkey CrossFit, which follows structured programming and coached classes. Group training is a separate service from our personalized coaching and open gym training options.

What is Open Gym Training?
Open Gym Training is not random workouts. It’s a structured strength and conditioning program with multiple tiers of focus, designed for people who want flexibility while still following a real plan.

Will someone show me what to do?
Yes. Whether you’re in personal training, open gym training, or group fitness, you’ll never be left guessing. Every option includes guidance, structure, and clear expectations.

Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Not at all. Most of our members start because they want to train smarter, feel better, and build strength the right way — not because they’re already in great shape.

What if I’ve had injuries before?
That’s exactly why many people choose us. Our coaching and programming focus on safe progression, joint health, and long-term results — not beating yourself up.

How often should I train?
Most adults see great results training 2–4 days per week with structured programming and recovery built in.

How do I know which option is right for me?
