Group Training
Group Training is the heart of Black Sheep. Our members enjoy professional coaching without the hefty pricing of personal training. Our program is detailed and adjusted to members needs. This is unique in a Group Training atmosphere as typically everyone does the exact same thing with no adjustments. At Black Sheep we want the very best results for our members so we have made adjustments to make sure all of our members feel taken care of by the very best!
Group Training Times:
Monday - Friday
Morning: 530, 9:30am
Afternoon/Evening: 4, 5, and 6:00pm
Saturday:
*Open Gym @ 7-9am
Personal Training
Personal Training at Black Sheep provides the most detailed Coaching and Programming specific to YOUR goals and needs. Your time is private and used only to accomplish your tasks for the day. Personal Training results speak for themselves. This is the highest level of accountability we offer! If you are seeking something to amplify your success then this is the plan for you!
Youth Training
At Black Sheep the children are the future. Their training done responsibly, ensures a lifetime of passion for health and fitness. This is the very first priority. Children training here must have fun first! If we can make it fun we can make it productive. Children will learn basic foundational movements and build a large general physical preparedness base. With a large base they will develop into very versatile athletes who will excel in any sport or challenge set before them!
Junior Varsity: Ages 6-9 years old, 4:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday
Junior Varsity training is built around the concept of "Play. If we can make it fun we can make it productive. Children will learn basic foundational movements and build a large general physical preparedness base. With a large base they will develop into very versatile athletes who will excel in any sport or challenge set before them!
Varsity Sport: Ages 10-14 years old. 4:30pm every Tuesday and Thursday
Varsity Sport training is for our more advanced Youth. This will be their true introduction into Resistance Training with Progressive Overload. Not only will they build a more advanced level of strength they will learn how to do it correctly! There will be a huge emphasis in building accessory muscle groups to aid in strength and speed as well as preventing injury!
Class Times: Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30pm *classes run about 60 minutes
Sport Team Strength & Conditioning Consultations/Programming
