Open Gym Training
An affordable option with high level results. Our Open Gym Training has three programs offered for all of our members. Each program has a biased goal that can suite the member’s preference. Members have access to the gym during hours of operation to complete the workout independently, with small groups, and often supervised by a Coach on staff. This is suitable for all levels of fitness.

Black Sheep Fitness
Fitness is a multi-faceted program that supported an overall goal of fitness for our members. Includes Strength Program, Supportive Accessories, and Metabolic Conditioning Daily. Members can expect to build a foundational strength capacity as well as an overall increase in health and vitality. This program has no dictated percentages and is usually completed in 45 minutes or less.

Black Sheep Physiques
Physiques is a Bodybuilding Based Program. Members can expect to gain strength on their path to increasing the overall look of their body. No percentage is used for compound movements. This program highly encourages a “Mind-Muscle Connection.” All body parts are addressed and members can expect to increase their shape and muscle tone while participating in this program. This program includes workout “Intensifiers” such as Drop Sets, AMRAPs, Tempo Sets, Pause Reps that are prescribed to illicit multiple hypertrophy responses. This program is usually completed within a 60 minute time frame.

Black Sheep Strong
Strong is a Powerlifting Based Program. Strength, Speed, and Power Production is emphasized within this program. More time will be spent on Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, and their respective variations. Supportive Accessories to help improve absolute strength, General Physical Preparedness, and Core/Stability are main points in this program. This program is usually completed with a 60 minute time frame.
