Black Sheep Barbell
Our Barbell Club will provide you with the premier powerlifting experience in Northwest Florida. With World, National, and State Records we have built some accomplished athletes in the sport of powerlifting. Alot of them started from a fully amateur level of experience to very seasoned lifters. Members can begin in our Sterling Program and progress to our Competitive Program when their competition is within a closer time frame. You will meet with a Coach to determine that said timeframe to meet your level of experience.

Programming and Meet Prep
We provide you the preparation needed to get you to the platform. be it your first competition or another one in your career. From the First Deadlift in Prep to the Closing one at the meet. All details are taken care of.

We provide a Coach or Coaches to be in attendance at your competition to “Handle” you. They are there for support and coaching throughout the entire day.

Our staff has Coached countless athletes on their journey’s in Powerlifting. All learning the very basics so that they can excel on the day of competition.
